128ordle Terms of Service

Last updated: July 8, 2026.

These Terms of Service explain the rules for using 128ordle. By opening the site, playing a puzzle, creating an account, submitting a result, using community features, or buying a subscription or unlock, you agree to these terms and to the policies linked from this page.

128ordle is a browser word game for personal entertainment, practice, and friendly competition. The service includes daily puzzles, infinite practice, archive play, challenge links, stats, profiles, leaderboards, paid supporter features, and related guide pages.

128ordle is a general-audience service and is not directed to children under 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use the service only with permission from a parent or guardian who accepts these terms for you.

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. Public profile features may show your username, display name, badges, leaderboard entries, streaks, achievements, friends, submitted results, or other gameplay activity.

Do not abuse 128ordle, interfere with other players, submit fraudulent scores, manipulate requests or storage to fake results, scrape at scale, overload the service, bypass access controls, probe security without permission, reverse engineer private APIs, upload malware, harass others, or use the service in a way that breaks applicable law.

If you submit usernames, profile details, challenge names, support messages, images, scores, or other content, you keep any rights you have in that content. You give 128ordle a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, adapt, moderate, and use that content as needed to operate, protect, improve, promote, and support the service.

128ordle may offer paid subscriptions, supporter perks, cosmetic unlocks, archive access, advanced modes, or other digital features. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscription plans renew automatically until cancelled through the billing portal or payment method provider. Digital features are intended for use inside 128ordle, do not have cash value, and may change as the service evolves.

128ordle, its code, design, written guides, generated page copy, logos, original puzzle presentation, and site content are owned by 128ordle or its contributors unless stated otherwise. Wordle and other third-party names are referenced descriptively. 128ordle is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to The New York Times Company or any Wordle rights holder.

The service is provided as-is and as-available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 128ordle disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted operation, and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

Where allowed by law, you agree to indemnify and hold 128ordle harmless from claims, costs, losses, liabilities, and expenses that arise from your misuse of the service, unlawful conduct, fraudulent scores, user-submitted content, infringement, or violation of these terms.
