128ordle DMCA and Takedown Policy

Last updated: July 8, 2026.

This policy explains how 128ordle handles copyright concerns and takedown requests. It is provided for transparency and is not legal advice.

To report claimed copyright infringement, send a written notice through the contact page or email [email protected]. Include a physical or electronic signature, identification of the copyrighted work, the URL or location of the material you believe is infringing, information reasonably sufficient to contact you, a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.

When 128ordle receives a sufficiently detailed notice, it may remove or disable access to the material, contact the affected user where relevant, preserve evidence, request more information, or reject incomplete or abusive notices. Repeat infringing or abusive user-submitted content may lead to account restrictions.

If material you submitted was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice with your physical or electronic signature, contact information, identification of the removed material and its previous location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe removal was a mistake or misidentification, and consent to the appropriate legal process where required.

128ordle may limit or terminate accounts that repeatedly submit infringing material. False, misleading, or bad-faith notices may create legal liability for the sender, so only submit a notice when you have a good-faith basis.

Some online service providers must also designate a DMCA agent with the U.S. Copyright Office to claim statutory safe-harbor protections. This page does not say that 128ordle has registered a designated agent; it gives a public contact path and process for copyright notices.
