128ordle Service Providers

Last updated: October 7, 2026.

128ordle is run by an independent developer with the help of a few specialist companies. Each one handles only what it needs to do its job.

Vercel: hosting

Serves the pages and files of the site. It processes your IP address and browser details to deliver each request and provides the country code used for shop currency. Its Web Analytics and Speed Insights tools count page views and measure loading speed without cookies.

Supabase: accounts and database

Runs sign-in, stores account and profile records, results, friends, and purchase status, holds uploaded profile images, and carries live Party rooms and chat. Parts of its network are delivered through Cloudflare.

Stripe: payments

Runs checkout, subscriptions, receipts, the billing portal, and fraud checks. Stripe receives your payment details, email address, and what you bought. 128ordle never receives your card number.

PostHog: product analytics and error reports

Receives the usage events and error reports described in Analytics and Tracking. For signed-in players this includes the account ID and email address.

DataFast: traffic analytics

Counts visits, referrers, and a small number of goals so the site can see where players come from.

Resend: verification and reminder emails

Sends the 6-digit codes used to verify a school email, the notice the site owner gets when a school pack is requested, and the daily reminder email if you have turned it on. It receives the address an email is going to and the email itself. Open and click tracking are switched off. See School Emails and School Data.

Google: sign-in, optional analytics, advertising review

Google Sign-In is used only if you choose Continue with Google, and provides your name, email address, and profile picture. Google Analytics loads only if you accept it on the consent banner. The site is registered with Google AdSense but is not currently serving AdSense ads.

Where information is processed

These companies operate in several countries, so your information may be processed outside the country you live in, including in the United States, the United Kingdom, and the European Union. Each provider publishes its own privacy and security commitments.
